This is a delicious and simple dinner that my family loves! I love to make this meal when I don’t have a lot of time because it is quick and easy and I know that my kids will eat it well. I have been eating this meal since I was a kid and I still enjoy it. It has a yummy flavor and who doesn’t love a good pasta? I hope that your family loves this recipe as much as mine does!

Ingredients:

1 lb. Shell Pasta

1 lb. Ground Beef

½ Onion

1 16 oz. Package Cottage Cheese

½ c. Sour Cream

2 10 oz. Cans Tomato Soup

1 tsp. Salt

¼ tsp. Pepper

1 Tbl. Poppy Seeds

6 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.


2. Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.


3. Dice the Onion. Cook the Ground Beef and add the Onion in when it is almost done cooking. Cook the onion until it is tender. Drain the extra fat off the Ground Beef.


4. Add the Ground Beef to the Pasta. Add the Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream, Tomato Soup, Salt, Pepper, Poppy Seeds, and 3 c. Grated Cheese. Stir it together and spread it in a 9x13 glass baking dish.


5. Sprinkle 3 c. Shredded Cheese on top and bake for 30-35 minutes.


6. Serve and enjoy!
