Cookie Salad
This is one of my family’s favorite “salads”. I grew up in Utah, so anything with Jello or sugar is considered a salad. But really, my kids ask for Cookie Salad for their birthday dinner every year. They love to help make it because it is fun and simple to put together. It also tastes delicious! But if you don’t want to eat this as a salad, it also makes a delicious dessert.
Preparation:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Instant Vanilla Pudding and the Buttermilk. Mix it well till it isn’t lumpy.
2. Fold in the Cool Whip and stir it well.
3. Drain the Mandarin Oranges and Pineapple. Add them and stir.
4. Break up the cookies into bite-sized pieces. Reserve a few to decorate the top of the salad. Stir the cookies in.
5. Serve and enjoy!
