This is a very hearty breakfast casserole! If you are looking for a cheap and filling breakfast, then this one will be your answer. This recipe is also delicious! I love a good and hearty breakfast to start my day. I also like to make a big breakfast on the weekend for my kids to have a home-cooked breakfast before they go to school. I am not big on cereal in the morning, although we eat it once in a while. I like to make a couple of things on the weekend so that the week is simple and they have good food to eat quickly. The kids enjoy this recipe and I keep it in my rotation. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
