Monster Cookies
These cookies are one of my kid’s favorites! It may be because they have both M&M’s and Chocolate Chips, but it also may be how soft and flavorful they are. These cookies are quick and easy to make and don’t require any refrigeration. These cookies will be a crowd pleaser and will disappear quick if you take them to a party. They never last long when I make them for my family. I love this recipe because the monster cookies I have usually had have been hard and chewy. These are soft and delicious! I hope that you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a mixing bowl cream the Butter, Sugar, and the Brown Sugar.
3. Add the Eggs and the Peanut Butter and mix well.
4. Add the Salt, Baking Powder, and the Vanilla. Mix well.
5. Add the M&M’s and the Chocolate Chips and mix.
6. Add the Oatmeal and the Flour and mix well.
7. Roll into a 2-inch ball and place on a greased baking sheet. Flatten the cookie a little with the palm of your hand.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the pan. Then move them to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
10. Serve and enjoy!
