This is an amazingly delicious recipe! I absolutely love this chicken. It is tender and juicy and has so much flavor. I love any kind of marinated chicken on the grill. It is one of my favorite things to cook in the summertime. This chicken will be perfect for your family or for your back yard barbeque. Everyone will be asking you for the recipe because it is just so good! This doesn’t taste like ranch, although there is a hint of ranch flavor. This recipe takes minutes to put together and is perfect for a busy night. Your family and friends will love it! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

½ c. Olive Oil

½ c. Ranch Dressing

3 Tbl. Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbl. Minced Fresh Rosemary

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

1 tsp. White Vinegar

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 Tbl. Sugar

3-4 lb. Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders

Preparation:

1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the Olive Oil, Ranch Dressing, Worcestershire Sauce, Rosemary, Salt, Lemon Juice, White Vinegar, Pepper, and the Sugar. Stir together until it is mixed well.


2. Pour the marinade over the Chicken and cover it and place it in the refrigerator. I like to place it in a gallon Ziplock Bag to let it marinate. Let the chicken marinate for at least one hour, but preferably overnight.


3. Preheat the grill. I cook the chicken on a low heat while basting it with the marinade while it is cooking. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.


4. Serve and enjoy!
