Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Tacos
This is a delicious and simple recipe that is great for a busy night with no time to cook. I love to use my Crock Pot because it is so easy and I can have a hot and healthy dinner for my family. I love any kind of tacos and this recipe is one of my favorites! It takes about 10 minutes of hands-on time and that is it! The chicken is tender and juicy and the flavor is perfect. My family devours these tacos whenever I make them. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Place the Chicken Breasts in a Crock Pot and turn it on low. Cook it for 5-6 hours. You can cook it faster if you turn it on high and cook it for 3-4 hours.
2. Remove the cooked Chicken and shred it in a mixing bowl. Discard the juice in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
3. Put the chicken back in the Crock Pot and add the Salsa, Water, and the Taco Seasoning. Stir it together until it is mixed well.
4. Serve on a warmed tortilla with your favorite toppings such as Shredded Cheese, Avocado, Sour Cream, Salsa, and Lettuce.
5. Enjoy!
