Soft Ginger Snaps
I have always loved a good ginger snap cookie, but pretty well every cookie I have tried has been hard and crunchy. I think they are good, but I wanted to make a soft ginger cookie with the same flavor. It took a couple of tries, but these cookies are exactly what I was looking for! They are absolutely perfect! They are soft but they don’t sacrifice any of the flavor. These cookies are amazingly delicious! They are simple to make and they will stay soft. My family all loves them and they don’t stay around for long when I make them. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!
